Reaching out to ChackTok for help has been fantastic. They’re incredibly responsive, usually getting back to me within 12-24 hours by email. I even got a phone call and text from them here in the USA when I inquired about the customized cover and free power bank. The photo booth also comes with a 4-month free trial of ChackTok’s software, which I’m still getting the hang of, but it’s pretty user-friendly.

Putting it together was a bit of a learning curve the very first time, but after that, it’s become super easy to assemble and a breeze to use. The quality feels good, and it’s surprisingly easy to move around in the cases they provide. Overall, I’m really happy with it and would definitely recommend it.
